A Building Rich in History

Documents for our historic building go back to May 24th, 1815, when Mr. and Mrs. Richard Barrett sold it to The Farmers Bank of the State of Delaware, which owned it until 1923.

The building has passed many hands after that. It was once owned by The Lawyers Company, and in 1965 it was merged with The Corporation Trust Company in 1965 – one of Delaware's oldest corporation companies since its local formation in 1902. Fast forward to present-day, The Malmberg Firm has been here since 2016, serving clients with a range of legal real estate services.
